Shipping Policy
Shipping by RoboRium is offered pan-India and pan-Canada, and select other countries via a network of services including DTDC, EMS, Fedex, DHL, CanadaPost and more. The optimal solution is chosen depending on the delivery location, to ensure that the order is delivered as soon as possible.
The shipping tariff depends on the delivery location, mode of shipping and weight of the package. The cheapest and most reliable methods for delivery are employed.
All products are contained in a safe packaging that ensures that the product is not damaged in any way during transit to the destination. Packaging may consist of corrugated boxes, bubble-wrap, anti-static pouch, pages, envelopes lined with bubble-wrap or any combination thereof, depending on the size, weight and durability of the items.
The time taken for an order to be delivered depends on the services of the courier company, the location and validity of the destination address, and any applicable delivery restrictions in the destination area. RoboRium or JMoon Technologies Private Limited cannot be held liable for any delays that may occur in transit.
All orders are dispatched from New Delhi, India or Ontario, Canada. The customer can choose from the shipping tariff options during checkout, available under 'Delivery Method':
1. Weight Based Shipping- The rate of shipping depends on weight of the parcel and the delivery location in India, Canada and abroad. The estimated package weight of the order is mentioned next to this option during checkout. This is the best available option for orders.
There may be one or more options available under this method for the customer to choose from during checkout.
Priority- Refers to shipment that are shipped from our warehouse as soon as the products are available with the fastest available methods. The products of the order available in stock are shipped out without waiting for products which may be out of stock. As soon as the out of stock products are available at our warehouse, they get shipped separately. DTDC, Bluedart, Fedex, or other courier service may be used depending on the cost and area serviceable at the time of shipping. Within Delhi-NCR the delivery is usually within 24-hours of shipping for products available in stock.
Normal- Refers to shipment through DTDC, Trackon, or other courier service deemed optimal at our discretion at the time of shipping, and delivered usually in 2-3 days once it is shipped from our warehouse. We make sure all the products from the order are in stock before it gets shipped.
Non-Prority- Refers to shipment through DTDC, Trackon, or other courier service deemed optimal at our discretion at the time of shipping and delivered usually in 4-5 days once it is shipped from our warehouse. We make sure all the products from the order are in stock before it gets shipped.
2. Free Shipping- Free shipping option is offered only within India and becomes available on a total purchase above a certain amount or when a coupon code is used that reduces the shipping price from the order. We choose the courier service deemed optimal at our discretion at the time of shipping and delivered usually in 2-5 days once it is shipped from our warehouse.
Same-day Dispatch
Orders received, on in-stock products, before 12 PM IST/ET on a business day will be processed and shipped out the same day; orders received after that time will be shipped out the next business day. We will send a shipment confirmation email with the package tracking number (if available) to the customer after the order is shipped. This does not include category of products where Lead Time is specifically mentioned.
Shipping within India/Canada
Orders, once shipped, are delivered usually within 1-3 business days, depending on the delivery location. Orders from metro cities are usually delivered the next day, but may take longer. Orders from remote areas may take up to 5 days to be delivered.
Lead Time
Products may or may not mention a Lead time (or maximum Delivery time) under 'Availability' on that product's page. A customer can pay and order these products. Such products are available specially on order and may require a lead time of some days, or weeks to be manufactured, assembled, packaged, and/or delivered after confirmation of payment. The items with the 'Availability' status - Lead Time: 1-3 Days, Delivered in: 1-3 Weeks, Delivered in: 4-6 Weeks, Delivered in 6+ Weeks - are not shipped the same day. Any delays due to shipping company or customs clearance are unavoidable and JMoon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. cannot be held responsible in those cases. We do keep our customers regularly informed of the status of their order so they know in advance if a delay is expected.
Shipping outside India/Canada
The optimal shipping service solution is chosen for international orders, depending on the customer’s location, to ensure that the order is delivered as soon as possible. International orders may take up to 2 weeks to deliver. The customer will be responsible for payment of the custom duties and other costs/taxes levied by their government. We only ship products to these countries - Armenia, Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, New Zealand, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, United Kingdom, USA.
Tracking and Delivery
Shipment tracking details are provided to customers at the time of dispatch. It may take 1- days for the tracking to be reflected on the shipper's website.
The POD (Proof of Delivery) allows us to get confirmation on delivery of each shipment. For any disputes related to delivery, the POD document from the shipper will be used to confirm the delivery of a package and the result of the decision made based on that document will be considered final.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, and we will try our best to ensure that customers have a positive and fun experience with our products. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of partially (or completely) assembled kits. We should be notified of any returns, within 2 days from the date of delivery, via the Returns page (Click Here) to obtain a Return Authorization Code.
Return of unopened items
Unopened items, once paid for, cannot not be returned, even if the packaging has not been tampered with in any way.
Return of opened non-defected items
Opened and non-defected items, once paid for, cannot not be returned.
Return of opened defected items
RoboRium may perform partial or complete check of products in an order
prior to shipping, and if everything is found to be in order at
that time, the checked product will be labelled non-defective.
Opened unused items with manufacturing defects, having a Return Authorization Code, reaching back to us within 7 days (from within India or Canada)/15 days (from outside India or Canada) of the delivery date in original packaging may be accepted for a return. The customer will have to pay for the return shipping. Each returned item, that is labeled defected, will be thoroughly examined to verify the defect.
If found to be non-defective, the customer will be informed and the item will be re-shipped to the same shipping address.
If found to have a manufacturing defect, RoboRium will attempt to repair or replace the product for the customer, subject to availability of the product. There is no minimum time for repair. If a replacement product is not available in stock, a request for partial or complete refund may be initiated. A refund request in any other case will not be entertained. Customer will be charged for repair if found to have caused a damage not covered by warranty or through improper use of the product. The cost to repair will be intimated before it is undertaken so the customer has the option for deciding to go ahead with the repair before the product is shipped back.
Return of wrong item
In case of wrong item(s) being delivered to the customer, RoboRium will initiate the pickup and return of the item(s) from the customer's address. The cost of the return in this case will be paid for by RoboRium. The recipient must pack the item(s) as best they can for the return travel. Once the item(s) have bee returned, the correct replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address.
Store Credit
Customers who are found to be eligible for a refund may, choose to get store credit for the same amount, by contacting us. By using store credit, the customer will be able to purchase, in part or full, products on their next order.
